• Through their "Individual Officer Program", SIG Sauer offers some really good prices to police officers. This document contains prices for weapons and accessories as well as instructions for purchasing them. Go to www.sigarms.com to browse the available items and find "Item Numbers" for those in which you are interested; locate that "Item Number" on the price listing in the PDF. The SIG Sauer site also allows you to search for dealers in your area whose FFL paperwork is already on file with SIG. That will save you a pesky step in the process.
• CORRECTION: I just spoke to a SIG representative. Despite the information my state rep gave me, it turns out this program is reserved for police officers only; military personnel cannot take advantage of this deal. SIG refunded my money. My apologies for the misinformation.
